House Wren, Troglodytes aedon
This species inhabits woodland areas in cities, backyards or urban and semi-urban parks. It forages in dense brushes and small hedgerows, rarely high among the trees. It feeds primarily on insects. Nesting period extends between April and May. It prefers birdhouses for building nests.
