Winter roost

This winter roost ensures shelter against rain, snow and cold weather for most birds like Chickadees, Nuthatches and small Woodpeckers. The opening located at the bottom of the winter roost and the absence of upper ventilation allow body heat to be kept within the winter roost. When you purchase this winter roost, you will also receive an information leaflet on installing and maintaining this winter roost.

This winter roost is built from white pine. The eight (8) perches may accommodate 6 or more birds. The lateral opening allows for maintenance while keeping heat in. This w inter roost is shipped ready to use.
